Come assembled and ready for installation; just add air or nitrogen. Fully rebuildable with VintCo Rebuild kit PART #s 1314-0780 and Seal and Wiper kit PART #1314-0781 (sold separately). Sold in pairs; includes necessary hardware. Hand assembled in the U.S.A
